Everything is moving if you can find the right reference point. Every static object on earth is moving if you reference it to a static point in space. Then again, that static point in space, be it the sun, is moving in reference to a bigger, static object. Eventually we get to the point that we can't exactly find a static point, a 0,0,0 for the universe, nor a wall, a boundary, a big sign "The universe ends here ---> <---"
About looping? Looping is when certain actions are taken more than one time. One can see cycles everywhere. The earth is looping around the sun, the people are looping between food and sleep, the atoms have their electrons looping around the nucleus all the time.
Regarding a single object as an infinite loop is a false theory. In our world we classify groups of atoms as objects. Objects are divisible, as they can be unshaped and reshaped. In computer terms objects are indivisible and indeed they are stuck in an infinite loop. If you've ever written a game engine you know the loop that activates or refreshes all objects in the loop makes the world go.
